When you place an order, we'll promptly send an email confirming we've received it and pre-approved your card. We then check with our suppliers for stock availability. If your item is unavailable, we'll cancel the pre-approval and notify you. If it's ready to ship within 5 business days, we'll process the payment and arrange shipment. Each product on our site shows a standard delivery time, and pre-order items display an availability date (subject to change). Once shipped, we'll email you tracking details within 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 14 -day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items such as mattresses and final sale items cannot be returned, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations

Following your purchase, you have five hours to cancel your order. If you do so after that time, a £25 fee will applied.

This 2 piece room set consists of Nika cot bed and changing unit.

With three adjustable mattress base positions, the Nika Cot Bed is crafted to ease your parenting journey. Lift your newborn with ease, thanks to the highest position that prevents unnecessary bending and strain on your back. As they grow and explore, the mattress base can then be lowered by a further two positions keeping them safe and secure at all times while the teething rails protect their delicate first teeth.

When it's time for their big transition, transform Nika into a stylish toddler bed providing comfort and familiarity for your growing child. Once transformed the toddler bed can be used until they are approximately four years old. Requires an Obaby 140 x 70cm mattress.

The Nika changing unit is a piece of furniture that will be used for years to come. Plenty of room is provided for storing toys, necessities, and your child's priceless belongings in three spacious 32L full-depth drawers. With their two brushed metal knobs and smooth runners, all three drawers are simple to access using either hand.

Discreet spring pins allow the changing area to be attached to the top of the unit without any unsightly screws showing, it perfectly accommodates a changing mat up to 76 x 46cm and is set at a comfortable height for parents. When the changing area is no longer needed the frame can be easily removed to create a solid top chest of drawers.
