Shipping

When you place an order, we'll promptly send an email confirming we've received it and pre-approved your card. We then check with our suppliers for stock availability. If your item is unavailable, we'll cancel the pre-approval and notify you. If it's ready to ship within 5 business days, we'll process the payment and arrange shipment. Each product on our site shows a standard delivery time, and pre-order items display an availability date (subject to change). Once shipped, we'll email you tracking details within 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 14 -day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items such as mattresses and final sale items cannot be returned, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Following your purchase, you have five hours to cancel your order. If you do so after that time, a £25 fee will applied.

Description 

Leak-proof, seal bags suitable for storing in the fridge or freezer. Pre-sterilised. BPA free. Up to 200ml of breast milk.

Storage

Stored breast milk may separate into layers. Swirl storage bag gently to thoroughly mix breast milk prior to offering to your baby. Refrigerate up to 4ºC/32-39ºF: Optimal storage 3 days/ maximum 5 days.

Frozen: Optimal storage 4 months/maximum 6 months.

Safety Warning Caution

- Defrosting: Use breast milk immediately after defrosting. Discard any unused milk after feeding. Dispose of the storage bag responsibly after use. The storage bag remains sterile for up to 3 years if unopened and in good condition.

- Temperature Check: Always check the temperature of the breast milk before feeding your baby. Use older milk first. Never defrost or heat breast milk in the microwave, freshly boiled water, or a bottle warmer. Do not boil breast milk. Do not store at room temperature. Never refreeze breast milk. Do not add fresh breast milk to already frozen milk. The storage bags are intended for single use only. Keep out of reach of children. Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat. Keep this information for future reference.

Preparation and Usage

Pre-sterilised breast milk storage bags are designed for storing expressed milk in the fridge or freezer. Each bag remains sterile until opened. For accurate measurements, use a feeding bottle. Each bag has a space to record the date and time of milk expression.

Instructions for use

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and rinse well before handling the storage bags. Cut along the dotted line at the top of the storage bag and gently pull both sides apart to open. Dispose of the excess plastic safely, this can cause choking. Pour the freshly expressed breast milk carefully into the storage bag. Do not fill the bag beyond the 200ml mark. Carefully expel as much air from the storage bag as possible and tightly close the seal. This will allow the breast milk to expand if freezing. Place the storage bag in the fridge or freezer. If freezing, for best results, keep the storage bag upright until breast milk is frozen. To use, open double seal and carefully pour into a sterilised feeding bottle.

Defrost

Place the storage bag of breast milk in your fridge overnight. To defrost prior to feeding, place storage bag in warm water.
