When you place an order, we'll promptly send an email confirming we've received it and pre-approved your card. We then check with our suppliers for stock availability. If your item is unavailable, we'll cancel the pre-approval and notify you. If it's ready to ship within 5 business days, we'll process the payment and arrange shipment. Each product on our site shows a standard delivery time, and pre-order items display an availability date (subject to change). Once shipped, we'll email you tracking details within 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 14 -day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items such as mattresses and final sale items cannot be returned, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Description

The Stamford Mini is smaller than a traditional cot bed, yet doesn’t lose any of the valuable features ensuring your little one's comfort and safety. Teething rails safeguard delicate first teeth, while slatted ends and sides allow you to cherish those peaceful moments.

The three-position mattress base provides easy access at its highest setting, adapting as your child grows with two lower positions for added safety. When it's time for the transition to a bed, simply remove the sides to create a stylish toddler bed, offering a perfect night's sleep until approximately three years old. To transform it into a day bed, re-add the rear slatted rail.

The included under drawer with a 26L capacity glides smoothly on runners and fits neatly under the bed, featuring recessed handles for a seamless look.

The second piece is the Stamford closed changing unit.

This piece combines three spacious 13L capacity drawers with a full-height cupboard featuring an adjustable shelf and a soft-close door. The ample storage options cater to all your little one's precious belongings.
